Talent Acquisition Manager, Nike

Lori Harrod has over 15 years of talent acquisition experience. Currently at NIKE, she leads the global talent acquisition strategy for innovation and sourcing & manufacturing, as well as the talent acquisition team for “all things product” for North America. Prior, Lori ran an executive search firm specializing in the outdoor, snow and bike industries. She’s recruited for companies large and small from fledgling startups to fortune 50.

Leveraging technology for recruiting has been a common thread throughout Lori’s career. Recently, she launched NIKE’s global candidate relationship management tool and created real time candidate capture for NIKE collegiate and recruiting events.

Lori has a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Bemidji State University. During the week she lives in Portland, OR, and on the weekends she can be found in the Columbia River Gorge, fishing, skiing or sailing depending on the season.
