Global Talent Acquisition Director, Nike

Rich is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with deep experience in leading top producing recruiting and sourcing teams in multiple markets and industries in Europe, Asia and the Americas. He has a broad background including the development and implementation of global and regional recruiting infrastructures for start-up and existing companies – with specific expertise in lean staffing approaches.

Rich has experience leading global and regional recruiting teams at an external search agency, as well as in-house at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in London, Singapore and Sidney; and Fannie Mae in Washington, DC; Starbucks Coffee in Seattle. Most recently Rich was the Sr. Director of Global Recruiting and Sourcing at the National Basketball Association in New York.

Currently, Rich is the Global Talent Acquisition Director of Nike in Beaverton Oregon, World Headquarters. He has overall responsibility for a Global Staff of over 100 recruiters/sourcers across the globe. He is tasked with Creating a Global Recruiting and Sourcing infrastructure, implementing Lean Staffing practices and providing “ready now” talent in all functions and geographies.

Rich is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a BS in Marketing. He was also a four year member of the Buckeye Football team which won two Big Ten Championships from 1983 - 1987.
